Bend the knees and draw them into your chest as you lift both feet off the floor. When you feel stable, straighten the legs.

Work on bringing your legs up straight and simultaneously.

Reach up through the balls of your feet and rotate the thigh bones inward slightly.

Press down strongly into your forearms.

Hold for at least 10 breaths.

To come out, slowly drop one leg at a time to the floor.
