1. From Downward Facing Dog, bring your left foot about half way up the mat and turn the left toes out.

2. Roll onto the outside of the right foot and bring the left arm up.

3. Flex the right foot.

4. Bring the gaze up to the left hand.

5. Step back to Downdog and repeat with the right foot forward.
