OPTIONAL

Exhale. Drop the knees to the floor, and bend the elbows straight back as in Chaturanga Dandasana.

Inhale. Straighten the arms, bringing the torso back up.

Exhale. Come back to Downward Facing Dog.

If this pose is too much, skip it and come straight from Plank back to Down Dog.
