On an exhale, come into a Extended Side Angle Pose by drawing the right arm forward and dropping the right hand down inside the right foot. Use a block under the right hand, if necessary.

Take 3 to 10 Ujjayi Breaths here.

Take any Extended Side Angle Pose variations that you choose, also holding them 3 to 10 breaths.
