Inhale - Bring the right foot to the back of the mat, come up on to the finger tips into a low lunge
  1. Tadasana - Urdhva Hastasana
  2. Uttanasana - Flat Back
  3. Lunge
  4. Downward Facing Dog - Adho Mukha Svanasana
  5. Plank Pose
  6. Knees, Chest, and Chin - Ashtanga Namaskara or Chaturanga Dandasana
  7. Cobra - Bhujangasana or Upward Facing Dog - Urdhva Muhka Svanasana
  8. Downward Facing Dog - Adho Mukha Svanasana
  9. Lunge
  10. Finish the Sun Salutation
