Finish the Sun Salutation

Exhale - If you are coming from a lunge, bring the left foot forward next to the right and forward bend into uttanasana. If you jumped, just straighten the legs to the forward bend.

Inhale - Bring the arms out to the sides and up, reversing the swan dive to urdhva hastasana.

Exhale - Come to stand in tadasana with the hands in a prayer position at the heart

If you did the sequence with a lunge, step back with the left leg on your next round.
