Favorite Yoga Dvd
- For sheer fluidity of motion, and really feeling revitalized, Seane Corne is my favorite. She is a little wordy for some but it keeps me going because she is so passionate about her practice! Rainbeau Mars has filmed Sacred Yoga Practice four dvd set in Hawaii, which is gorgeous to watch. Those would be my runners up because she is more beginner (hatha) vs Vinyasa flow style. Namaste!

Cyndi Lee and Rodney Yee
- I enjoy Cyndi Lee's yoga DVDs (Om Yoga) because you can follow by sequence or create your own. Also enjoy Rodney Yee for their easy instruction -- he's got a great, calm voice.

Gaiam Series CD's
- I like the Gaiam series CD's best. With qualified, professional instuctors like Rodney Yee and Suzanne Deason, you not only get a safe personal workout, but one which shows modified levels of exercise to suit your personal needs and challenge levels. They give an insightful introduction with exercise explanation prior to the instruction of each CD itself and demonstrate proper warm-up and cool-down techniques to ensure a complete and satisfying exercise routine.

Yoga x
- I absolutely adore the Yoga x video that's part of the p90x series. It's an hour and a half long, of the toughest yoga I've tried. Yet, each of the 4 trainers in the video offer alternative poses to help make them easier for begginers. This video has really helped my flexability, and weight loss.

Namaste Yoga
- I love Brian Kest's video as well - just took a live workshop with him at Kripalu - it was awesome! I really love the Namaste Yoga series. It's a 2 DVD set with 8 workouts on each DVD. They're awesome.

Ana Brett & Ravi Singh Rock!
- All of my other yoga videos have been gathering dust since I literally stumbled on Ana & Ravis DVDs on Amazon. I like the variety of their workouts, their easy clear instruction, and the multidimensional approach they take for total fitness. Many of the poses are active and they use breath to speed up the benefits. Every one of their DVDs is unique and different, but each one gives a total body workout and the mood uplift is awesome!

Still love use the old ones
- I agree that the Ali McGraw Yoga videotape is wonderful, but I still use my old Alan Finger (Yoga Moves) and Renee Taylor videos both the Beginning Yoga and Intermediate Yoga videos, all the time. They are excellent.

Total Body Workout with Deni Preston
- The Total Body Workout series with Deni Preston (from BYU TV) is great. Deni is an awesome instructor - she shows all different levels and variations on the poses.

Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa
- I picked up a Baptiste Core Power video on a whim and became completely addicted. I found the rest of the series of 3 on Amazon, and after a few months was moved to find a studio to practice. Now I practice this particular form of yoga 6 days a week, all thanks to a few DVDs.

Brian Kest's Power Yoga
- I find this video (though about 10 years old) is rigorous enough to keep me interested and challenged. The matching leotards on the video participants are a bit blech however. ;) Ah, the 90s.

Shiva Rea
- Shiva's Fluid Power Yoga DVD was a blessed discovery; definitely for those with a modicum of exposure already, and wonderfully engaging of the brain. Her instruction is gentle and lucid, her movement fluid and graceful.

Favorite Yoga
- Hands down my favorite yoga video is Ali McGraw Yoga Mind & Body. I'm not typically a fan of celebrity videos, but the filming, location, soundtrack and program are just beautiful. There isn't a lot of instruction once you get going so it's best if you are at least a little familiar with yoga before you try it and definitely watch it first before you try it. I also enjoy just about anything with Rodney Yee on a Hawaiian beach, but especially the Power Yoga series. Good flow.

Rodney Yee
- I like the Rodney Yee videos best. His instructions are easy to follow and there's a wide variety of videos to choose from depending on how I'm feeling. I check them out from the library!
