Firefly Pose - Tittibhasana is the Pose of the Week

Like most arm balances, Firefly Pose is easier than it looks and can be tackled by intermediate students. At least if you fall, you'll land on your butt instead of your head like in Crow Pose! If you can lift the feet off the floor but cannot straighten the legs, try crossing the feet at the ankles in front of you.
