It’s a shame that we have lost track of what yoga actually is to the point where we assume “doing” yoga means going to a class or unrolling a mat. Granted in our Western-mode of speaking this is an easy short-cut for yoga-asana or a led class … but please lets not forget that yoga is a way of life, something that joins our individual soul with The Divine, not something we fit in during our lunch break.
