Stretching Your Hamstrings AKA Supta Padangusthasana

Keeping the theme of good warm-up stretches from last week (see eye of the needle), you can't go wrong with supta padangusthasana. If your hamstrings are tight, bend your knee and put the sole of your foot on the floor (talking about the bottom leg here). Otherwise, keep both feet flexed and take some deep breaths before switching sides.
