On an exhale, open the arms while pulling the left hip back, coming into Warrior II.

Take 3 to 10 Ujjayi Breaths here.

  1. Downward Facing Dog - Adho Mukha Svanasana - Yoga Pose
  2. Lunge
  3. Warrior I - Virabhadrasana I
  4. Warrior II - Virabhadrasana II
  5. Extended Side Angle Pose - Utthita Parsvakonasana
  6. Triangle Pose - Utthita Trikonasana
  7. Half Moon Pose - Ardha Chandrasana
  8. Downward Facing Dog
