Why I Love It
I think it is most powerful pose, it tones, strengthens and lengthens the whole body.It makes me feel very strong and energized and build in lot of shoulders and arms strength. It is one pose I would love to do during my practice. I am an Ashtanga Yoga trained teacher so basically I have lot of opportunity to practice the pose, love to teach it also.
Advice
- Correct alignment is very important before you go into full pose, build strength and use modified pose in the beginning. You need to gain enough shoulder and core strength.
